NDSS Sub-Agents

Diabetes Australia has established a network of state-based Agents to assist in the delivery of the NDSS.
The NDSS aims to enhance the capacity of people with diabetes to understand and manage their life with diabetes and to ensure they have timely, reliable and affordable access to the supplies and services they require, for the self management of their condition.
