Bee pollen

 

DEFINITION

Bee Pollen is in fact plant pollen, which bees have processed by mixing it with saliva, honey and/or nectar. It contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, glucose, fructose and lecithin. Bee Pollen has the reputation of being an 'all round' food, containing a broad spectrum of beneficial nutrients.
